It might have been a bad day, you're right. I still think the system needs to be overhauled, since no one gets prompt treatment, it seems, no matter how urgent. I'm appalled at the things people are saying in comments about waiting. Mine was just a sprain, but appendicitis and heart problems - that's just Not RIght.
