I don't hate doctors but I do hate wasting my time in their germy waiting rooms. But in the end, the reality wans't too bad. I've definitely spent more time waffling about whether to go than I did just going.

Why is it always so hard to take care of ourselves? We need to re-write that internal programming... :) *hug*
