I have friends who get Coke smuggled in from Canada, and there are a few bodegas where you can get it from Mexico. (mmm.... Mexican Coke. It has a hint of cinnamon, I swear.) But, yeah. They make the crap with high fructose bloody corn syrup. bleh.
