Is there a way to save a youtube clip to your local desktop?

Anyone? I thought there was, but now I can't figure it out...

Do you mean like with keepvid.com or savevid.com? Those are the two I use when saving YouTube videos.

I use Youtube Downloader.

Depends on your browser, if you're using firefox get DownloadHelper. It'll let you save vids from almost all type of tube sites.

I use zamzar.com. Because I can use it for things other than just youtube vids. You can change any sort of file on there. It makes me happy!
