Last month I did a Valentine's project, which was fun for me to do, although I admit to being a little sad that I didn't see anyone else participate on their blogs. But whaetver - I had fun and I hope I cheered some people up and brought smiles to your faces.

I am going to read as many books on my bookshelves as I can plus the new ones coming out this month that I can't wait to get my hands on! *g*

Sounds like a good plan for the month, to me!

I thought about not saying anything, and then thought about deleting it... I don't want people to feel guilty, just to reflect on why they choose not to participate, especially when so many of the same people complain about the loss of community.

Anyway, I'm glad to have made people happy in/with my own journal, and that's all that really matters. :)

In March I'll be remaining positive & working my a$$ off to maintain my GPA in the face of an impossible class and early-bird roofers. And then the last week I'll collapse and sleep!

Sorry about not participating in your Feb. celebration but I usually ignore Single Awareness Day except for the half-price chocolate on Feb. 15. It's annoying that around Feb. 14 anyone & everyone thinks it's okay to grill people on why they're single and what they're doing about it. (Or maybe I'm surrounded by jerks--I've considered that possibility on numerous occasions.)

Yes, it sounds like you're hanging around the wrong people. V-day is about love and fun for everyone, IMO, not about making people feel lonely.
