Okay, I agree with all of keefaq's recs.

If you want to get all the Chaya references (not necessery) she appears in Episode 1.14: Sanctuary.
I'm also a fan of 2.03 Runner, but that's because I adore Ronon.
2.14, Grace Under Pressure features Sam Carter and Rodney's attraction to her pretty heavily. (Also, it has bonus Zelenka!)
3.09, Phantoms, is good for Sheppard's back story.
If you want to get the references to the sexy aliens, that'd be episode 4.05, Travelers.
I'm also fond of 4.13, Quarantine, if only for a certain look that Sheppard gives Rodney at a certain period of time...
Also, 5.19 Vegas is totally unexpected, but really kind of cool.
