Is there an easy way to make/print labels for cds?

Like, a program or a tool in Word or something?

You can actually buy labels that you can use in your printer to do just that. Most come with software or a link to download the software tool so your printer can use the labels. Target, Best Buy, OfficeMax, Office Depot would all have these in stock.
