Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What
lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your
journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.


1)Reading smut
2)Sitting outside, watching the sun set on the mountains
3)Rolling around on the floor with the dog
4)Baking - bread, cookies, anything
5)Baths with herby oils/salts/bubbles added
6)Singing and dancing around the house when no on else is home - to bad music like Abba ;)
7)Taking a nap on the bed with the dog and husband, the whole pack together
8)Movies no one else wants to see (or I want to see alone so I can squee without restraint) with cider and popcorn or port and chocolate

Not tagging anyone, since I got to this late and I think everyone's done it already. :)
If not though, do it - it's a great exercise to remember what you like to do to relax and I definitely feel encouraged to do some of these again!
