So as you might guess, as someone involved in the "self help" business realm, I get a lot of newsletters and random bulk mails that are essentially utter crap and annoy me so much I jump through many levels of hoops to get off their mailing lists.

But sometimes I get a real gem, and I wanted to share this one with all of you - Soulful Living (http://www.soulfulliving.com/)

I signed up for their newsletter and I get an essay every weekday by a different author, some food for thought, a moment to pause. It's nice. I recommend it. :)
