graphic artists - HELP!

It'll "ruin the surprise," so I don't want to give all the details here, but if anyone would be willing to help me, PLEASE leave a comment and we'll talk privately.
(Shouldn't be too hard, just if you know me, you know Photoshop makes me cry. There could be pics, it could be text only - honestly, my demands are minimal. And I already have folders of possible photographic materials. Oh, and the banner will be non-porny. I just could use some help from someone who doesn't have heart palpitations just considering opening the application.)
