salixbabylonYou know when you're making jelly and there's all that stuff on the top that you skim off? The "impurities"/fruit solids? Is there anything I can do with that stuff? It looks horrid but tastes just like the jelly. Can I eat it? Cook with it?

I feel like there should be a support group for my split personality.
