Poor ickle Draco. I want to take him home and hug him too, but don't forget that he was a total bastard to Harry and his friends for six years, almost killed them several times, and treated everyone in the world as if they were beneath him. He does have a bit of hostility coming to him that he's earned all on his own.
Good thing he's turned over a new leaf so that we can sympathize with him and ravish him senseless. ;)
