I made gingersnaps today. I had the first batch in the oven and was putting the remaining dough in the fridge to cool it down a bit when I saw the jar of peach preserves sitting in the door shelf. I proceeded to make gingersnap thumbprints with the peach preserves in them. YUM!

I agree - she should send some over. I'll trade for the mexican wedding cookies. I think I'll even be brave and try real fudge this year instead of the marshmallow fantasy fudge. *crosses fingers*
