ETA: Well, the last time I looked at it, it was 6 to 6, so I made the whole wheat with honey and rosemary. Had a few probelms sicne I couldn't find a recipe and decided to wing it... not a goodidea with a 5-year break from baking bread. *le sigh* BUT my big brain figured out what went wrong and I managed to fix it in time. It's still cooling though, and I haven't done a taste test.
I'll make the cheesey one tomorrow. :) And I have recipe and everything.
