My solution to cramps is 4 ibuprofen (800 mg) taken all at the same time. Not 2 now, 2 later, not 3 now, one more in 30 minutes. All 4 at same time. It works for me, might help you... Cuz it's tough to remember those orgasms when doubled over.

Another friend just told me the same thing - I've always taken alleve, but apparently ibuprofen/motrin works better. I wrote it down and put a big post-it in my dayplanner next to next month. Thank you for the advice!
