Posted VS to the glassesreflect group and to Ink Stained Fingers... The posting interface to glassesreflect was weird and the bit are all out of order and I inadvertently spammed with about 20 messages in a row (2 for each chapter) but it's up, it's finished, and I wash my hands of it. Hopefully the feedback asking for more won't evaporate.
Also posted 500 words to my weekly column, this week's theme was "vampire - fiction" and I'm afraid the vampire I envision is somewhere between Lestat and Lucius... Sexy blond devils... And i'm not even ever attracted to blodes.... Go figure.
The "sore wrist" from two weeks ago was finally x-rays and found to be fractured so I finally have a cast/split, just as I always wanted when i was 9 years old... Only twenty years too late and I'm far too bloody busy and set in my ways to tolerate this inconvenience gracefully. My morning routine took an additional 20 minutes, while i figured out how to do things like hook my bra! Maybe if i could have Alan Rickman sign my cast... well, maybe that would be worth it. Perhaps...
By the way, I haven't a clue who would be reading this, but soon i will descend into my usual no-capitals, lots of naughty language, and way too many details about my personal sex life. *shrug* it's just how i am. once i open up, no topic is too sacred...
It's rainy and lovely, here in my redwood forest... The students all seem to be moping, and damned but they're all wearing shirts. Usually April means lots of hormonal college students in skimpy clothes... It's a torture I'll willingly enjoy again and again! But I digress. today's it's rainy and the forest smells all green and rich and earthy. Just about my favorite smell in the world, outdoorsy and sharp and clean.
