It's a bit simplistic, but I thoguht it was worth sharing: The Keys to Happiness, and Why We Don't Use Them.

What a brilliant article and how incredibly true.

I walked out the door Friday to take out the mail and was blinded by brilliant sunshine. Squinting, I pulled my blazer closer around me to ward off a cold rain. Then I turned the corner and was faced with the most incredible rainbow. Life is all things at the same time, it's a matter of what you choose to perceive.

I am reading the most amazing book which really touches on a lot of the points in that article and more. It's called "Kitchen Table Wisdom" and I think I need to buy a copy for everyone I love. Quote from it: "Perfectionism is the belief that life is broken."

I'll do a post on it soon. I just want to post whole chapters and I can't type!

Take care and watch for rainbows!

Thank you for that reminder! I've been so grouchy about the rain and the cold, and it wasn't until after I read your post that I realized how beautiful the storm clouds are, as the flow over the mountains into my valley... I'll have to go on a rainbow hunt next time it rains. ;)

And I'll be sure to check out the book!
