House is mostly clean, if not immaculate. Painting finished. Dog clean. Husband wonderful.

bitofaspaz arrives in 5 hours - OMFG YAY!!!!!!!

I can kind of walk without crutches, although I'm still gimpy-slow.

Didn't get the job at Google. Am a little disappointed but mostly "wasn't meant to be"-ish about it.

My apologies for the delay in the 30-ficlets. I'll try to write some while she's here; otherwise, that's my major writing priority after the 14th.

Happy birthdays to sileya (belated) and carynita! I hope this next year brings each of you more joy and abundance than you can imagine. (Tip: The joy is hiding in all the little corners, just waiting for you to notice it!) *smooches* :)
