Title/Prompt: "Kick-Ass" from the 28-fics-meme (30 actually)

Rating: PG
Word Count: 222
Disclaimer: Complete fiction. I am implying nothing about the real sexual preferences of the actors herein. Absolutely no disrespect is meant to them.
Sean has a thing for playing bad guys, for being the "bit of rough" that most women like to some degree, despite the fact that he's getting older. He's cultivated the image of a bloke who'd pick a fight over a footie match or plot and plan to get back at someone who's slighted him. He has an edge of evilness about him, a dark undercurrent, a level of "don't fuck with me," and this bad-ass quality is present in the majority of the characters he's played.
Interestingly, the truth of the matter is quite different. At home and in the bedroom, Sean likes it best when someone else is calling the shots. Someone he can trust not to go too far, but who will put him in his place. A place where he feels secure, at ease, confident that he'll be taken care of.
He wants to feel intelligent, loved, admired, strong. But to also know that he doesn't have to be any of those things, that being Sean, just Sean, is enough. It's not the times when he's kicking ass that make him feel worthy; it's the times when he's on his knees bringing a lover pleasure. It's not about control and strength; it's about love and service.
It's about choosing what's real instead of what's image.
It's about devotion.
