Good weekend, overall

First order of business - the drink has been renamed the Fuzzy Sandy Pirate Butt (no crack).

--Rented "the Guru" which was deeply amusing, IMO.
--Did a huge chunk of homework, but of course I have a ton still to do.
--Visited my great aunt for her 85th birthday. Was given a clock and crystal wineglasses. She's giving things away every time I visit and it's just sad, really.
--Had tea at a pretentious and wretched teahouse where the "scones" were crumpets and we had to ask for milk instead of cream for the tea. Discussed teahouse business plans with friend, and will open a better one someday ourselves.
--Husband washed the dog so I have Sleeky-Shiny-Silky-beast.
--Wrote a bit more on the pirate smut.
--Read some excellent LotR slash. I'd post recs, but I don't think anyone's interested. Have actually been writing fanmail for the nice authors, and I vow to start doing more of that in general.
--Have decided that while Orlando Bloom In Reality doesn't really do it for me, OB in RPS fic is actually not a bad concept. Much like Draco in canon vs fanon. IMO.

Husband has been watching too much of "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy." We think the same two of the Fab Five are cute though. And tonight he's going out to the local gay dance club. I am staying home and doing homework. Most annoying that -I- am the bisexual in the relationship, as I won't be getting any good stories unless he gets groped in the bathroom again... *mind wanders* I wonder if he'd do it if I said I needed inspiration...

Interesting dreams about Charlie Weasley last night. Perhaps I'll pick up the too-long sequel again...
