Today's "Most Wise" award goes to megyal, for her thoughts on just writing what you write and being happy with it.

So on that note, I'm going to finish my fluffy J2 today and quit struggling with the angsty HP fic, I think. I am not a brilliant writer. And if I am, it's by accident, so I'm just going to go forward and quit fretting about trying to be popular/famous/brilliant.
