So I was chatting with this friend I know from several venues (gaming and bellydance mostly), and she writes PotC slash, and we were talking about writing techniques and actorfic and betas and so forth, and I asked:

<***> I had already been reading some lemon anime fanfic, but after you mentioned slash, I googled it, followed a bunch of links, and here I am.
me: wow. i feel so... influential
<***> yes, specifically LOTR. Felt curious after the "Secret Diaries".
<***> So yes, indeed, you can officially say that you have indeed corrupted someone.
