I'm so glad you like the kinkfEEst - I'm very proud of the work I've done on that series, and how much (I think) my writing has improved as Haleth and I have worked on it.

What kinds of things do you do in practicing your religion?

Wow. That's a big question. Basically, I work with 4 other women (my coven) or solo. Most of our rituals are honoring the turn of the seasons, and involve activities to help us let go of the past and move forward in a positive direction. We do guided meditations, and arts and crafts, and we sing, and we do energy work like reiki and massage... I'd be happy to chat more about it online or in person. :)

Hee. I love those icons.

The cliffnotes version is that I'm bi, but I really really hate the term bisexual. It implies that my sexuality is bisected into two parts, the part that loves men and the part that loves women. Bah humbug.

The longer version is that I'm attracted to people who are very connected to a primal sense of gender. The women who roll their hips and feel the power of being a woman. The men who have a sense of that forgotten warrior about them. I'm really really attracted to power. Not money power or social power but that spiritual inner power that even the "weakest" of people can have. Sexy.

I really value women's sexuality and I prize it very strongly. But I will be surrounded by fertile women in high times of transition tapping into their female power all day long as a midwife. I'm pretty damn sure I'm going to need some male energy in my life to balance all that! *blushes* I'm sure that's waaaaaay more than you needed to know.
