You know what I like best about exercising?

The realization that I can crank up the groovy disco/techno songs and flail around like a big spaz and include kickboxing and bellydance moves and if I'm sweating and moving for 20 minutes, it totally counts as cardio.

Plus then I'm in a great mood and have fun songs stuck in my head all day.

And I even got to have my own little Dancing Queen moment. :)

life = good

That is TOTALLY the best form of exercise!! Plus it's fun, so you don't get bored and feel like it's work before you do it. You just crank up the tunes, and have at it!!

Dancing Queen is a great song to spin to. And by spin, I don't mean on one of those bikes. :P

Hehehe! I'm thrilled there are others who just groove out and consider it exercise. It's so much *fun* and it doesn't feel like a chore when you're giggling. :)

I'm surprised at how good it's felt just to get out and walk for an hour every afternoon this week. Of course the company probably has something to do with it! But I always forget how good exercising makes me feel once I stop for a while.

I know exactly what you mean. I quit working out earlier this month and I'm just getting back into it this week. My body is stiff and sore but I still feel better overall and have more energy.

I just need to make sure I don't do so many squats next time. *g*

The walking this is fabulous - I'm telling some of my local friends about it, too. What a great idea! :)

I love my mini-trampoline. I just put on my mp3 player and bounce around like a spaz. Fun!

Hehehe! That sounds like a great way to work out, too. It's so awesome to hear that so many people have found fun things to do so exercise doesn't seem like a chore. :)

I usually put the ipod onto my Rock Out playlist and walk briskly to work, wakes me up and gets me started.

Ooh, that's a great idea! Too bad the walk from my bedroom to my office-room is only about 10 steps. ;) I'm glad you've found an upbeat way to start your day, though!

LOL Well it's caffeine free, but I find it's the only way to make me fairly sociable in the morning.

And I even got to have my own little Dancing Queen moment.

Now I'll be singing Abba all night. I don't know whether to thank you or throttle you!
