Yay for power! Yay for internets! We were without both from about 7am to 8 pm yesterday.

Seriusly though - I spent the whole day feeling aimless and out of sorts and not like doing anything. It was even too dark to read very well and too dark in the kitchen to cook anything complicated. So I'm way behind on a bunch of things and beg your patient indulgence while I try to sort things out and reply to emails.
