Well, since most of the fandom basically likes J2 as much as Wincest, the best rec comm would be crack_impala, which is for both, as well as gen and other pairings. There's also j2_daily, which is a lovely daily dose of pretty. :D I'd also look into missyjack's crack posts because they are quintessential J2 fandom treasures. I also have to say that at first I went through basically all of lazy_daze's recs, as well as her lovely fics. :)
