How can this be? Neither of them are even slightly my type, I don't like scary/suspenseful movies/shows or anything that makes it hard for me to sleep at night... Perhaps I was just ripe for a new obsession. And I can't watch Torchwood just yet because my husband wants to watch it with me, and we need to finish Dr. Who first.

Every new fandom, I do this. I try to resist. I find myself intrigued. I dabble. I feel embarrassed. I am uncomfortable with the elements that are "not my type" or "not my thing."

And then eventually it's all a waste of angst anyway because I turn into a raving fangirl.

All right. Bring it on, Winchesters. I'm ready.

Tee!! And our insanity is so much fun!!

I saw up there that you are into J2, but have you checked out nilchance's stuff. Most of it is JDM/JA, but some is J3 and some is JDM/JP (don't even get me started on how much I didn't want to read that but am now COMPLETELY addicted!). Her fic list is HERE. At least try the hooker!fic and Retriever 'verse. If possible, try everything. I'm kinda pathetic in the way I keep checking to see if there are updates that I somehow missed on my flist ("Well, maybe she posted something and I hit the page-down-key twice and missed it. Or maybe she posted since the last time I refreshed. Yeah, that could be it!")

Also, phantisma has some great kink. Things that I never thought I'd like...it works for these boys!!
