pictures help?

Ok, I have the limited abilities required to make the two SPN icons I want. But I can't find *pictures*. Help?

I need:

1) Jared sticking his tongue out, from the S1 gag reel (icons using this pciture would be a-ok, too, and would save me from having to make my own)

2) Dean setting something on fire
3) Sam setting something on fire
4) SannDean setting something on fire together.

Help? I just don't even know where to look and google isn't helping.
