1. Overslept and was woken up by the dog whining and spazzing out because TERROR HORROR CATACLYSM! There was a helicopter going overhead. I tried to explain that it was just a big car that goes in the air and helps people who got hurt by taking them to the people-vet. But then I remembered he doesn't speak English very well. Not my favorite way to wake up.

2. Is Jensen's singing voice a tenor or baritone? I need to know for a fic.

3. It actually *is* about 10 degrees warmer when it's raining than when it's not. Feh.

4. Last night an ad for "He's Just Not That Into You" came on and my husband commented that Drew Barrymore now looks older than me. Given that she's two years younger and I just found a ton of grey hairs that my hairdresser has not been telling me about (my hair dye washed out superfast this time) and also spent $50 on a bottle of face lotion that promises to stop wrinkles, I feel pretty good. And also shallow and vain. But mostly good.

5. Lately I am kicking ass and taking names. It's been a super-productive three weeks, when I haven't been crampy or exhausted. It feels so good to be getting thigns done again. And I'm even writing. Yay!

6. Road trip love! I have about twenty offers of places to stay, in less than 24 hours. Once again, my friends' generosity overwhelms me. You guys rock. :)

*hugs*

:) At least I'm honest, right? It's good to be feeling better. Amazing what a day of sunshine will do for your spirits, after 14 days of rain.

I'd go with tenor. I don't think it's deep enough to be baritone.

Also, well done on the husband training front! Someday I hope to be that successful!

I agree...if he was in the madrigal singing group that I'm in, he'd be put in tenor.

Thank you - I know almost nothing about music. My boy is well trained indeed. ;)

1. I was trying to transcribe and interview by playing it on the speakers to save my ears the ehadphone irritation, but some sort of emergency vehicle went by on the tape and my stupid bird started screeching like she does when a fire truck goes by the house. I think your dog and my bird should meet each other.

No, wait. The dog would swallow the cockatiel without even having to chew. Bad idea.

2. I like tenors. I have no idea what Jensen is.

3. Don't even talk about rain. It's 9 below zero here.

4. $50 on a bottle of face lotion!?!?!? i am so not girlie...

5. Kicking ass. Taking names. *puts up hand*

6. ROAD TRIP!!!!! That is going to be so fucking awesome!

Sometimes a dog on TV barks and Oswald's ear prick up. ;) He's good with birds though. And cats and rats and all pets. He's a lover, not a hunter. ;)

Canada is too cold to live. Move here. Please?

I will qualify the $50 bottle by syaing that it's big and should last a full year. I hope.

I do not know how the birds react to dogs.

I know they generally ignore the cat. Every once in a while they shriek at her. Maybe when she likes her lips in a hungry fashion, or something.

Yes, it is too cold to live. We merely exist for several months of the year.

I guess if the bottle is really big... big enough to do naughty things with?

Y'know, if your road trip extended to Germany, you'd be most welcome to stay at my place, too ;)

But yay for guys giving out compliments. Never hurts to hear that, does it? ;)

As soon as they build a freeway, I'll drive on over.

He's the best man I've ever married, that's for sure. *g*

I sorta disagree with the other opinions here. I think Jensen's a light Baritone, but if he strains a little, he could probably sing Tenor (although he really kinda sounds Broadway to me in his speaking voice, and the dudes I know who sound like that definitely sing Baritone). Jared, on the other hand, is a Bass-Baritone. :)

Hm. See, I know nada about music, but I wanted to say he was a baritone beucase his voice just sounds like a slightly deeper-tone than normal. Both boys are a bit deeper than usual... I gaess that's why they call them MEN. MANYLY MEN. With the buttsecks and everyhting. ;)
