Hehe; yeah. I need to appreciate the sky more often.

Me too. Maybe I'll go watch the sunset right now...

Finally one I know! I was introduced to Leunig in my time in Australia and have used his cartoons, poetry and prayers often in my morning meditations.

This is why I have a thing for the benches in the parks of London. And probably other parks too (but not around where I live - - we just have national parks that are all glaciery and mountainy and no benches at all) but the London ones are my frame of reference.
Just the idea of someone seeing the necessity/giving me the opportunity to sit down and, you know, smell the roses and let people and time pass me by for a while. Peace of mind, man.

Exactly. Plus the benches are good for people watching, resting a moment, just pausing while you're out and about. Remebering that it's not about winning a race but enjoying the journey. :)

Oh that's lovely.

And I quite agree - the sky in its myriad forms does have the ability to "recharge" us.

Very nice. I would go out and use my sky device, but you know what Toronto is like in the middle of a heatwave. Record temperatures today. 35 at the moment, feels like 39 with the humidex. (That's 95 that feels like 102.2...) I'm staying in the house. Maybe the basement.

How about the night sky device? Less bright, still rejuvenating. :)

(I really want to say "stay cool" but that's too cheezy even for me. Or is it?)
