So, um... How do people get those pretty banner thingies that go with their stories? How do they find the time to make them?
OTOH - what I've done with my time in the last 4 days:
-spent 6 hours running errands
-baked 28 loaves of gingerbread
-used a hand-saw to de-branch and cut into 2 foot pieces last year's yule tree, to burn this year
-made 36 vials of lip balm
-strung up 75 feet of colored lights on the roof, rewired the outdoor electricity, and put 150 feet of white lights on the pathways
-bought, brought home, and decorated a tree
-decorated the house
-sent out to post and wrapped for local delivery all non-hand-made xmas presents
-finished knitting scarf and hat
-wrote 15 pages of EE8
-researched a ritual for a friend
-made 8 Lush-type bath bombs
No wonder I'm so bloody tired.
Now I just have to write about 2/3 more of EE8, finish the ritual, and make *gulp* 40 more bath bombs. Before my flight Thursday morning.
I can't even think of a clever one-liner to end this now, I'm so stressed.

I'm so looking forward to EE8. :D It's going to be worth the wait. Good luck with everything you've still got to do.

Thank you for the reassurance that someone is still reading!

Date: 2004-12-15 07:53 am (UTC)I'm just graphically challenged, I think. I wouldn't even know where to begin. Your writing is very inspiring, so I'm sure someone out there would be only too happy to make you a banner.
Of course I'm still reading! I love - LOVE - this fic. :D It'll be both wonderful and awful to see it end, but I know there'll be more to look forward to in the future from you. :)
