I just wanted to post that I am SO in love with heartofslash who did the most wonderful job of betaing for me. It's always difficult to beta for someone the first time, when you aren't sure if they're going to think you're being a bitch and over-react or not. I really so very much appreciate your very detailed comments and thoughts and corrections and and and... *loves*


(And *love* for lostiawen, too, my beta since the beginning, who could use some love of her own. Your efforts and time are also much appreciated. *g* {This does NOT mean a rush job at all, either - I'm still mired in thesis-land.} )

Actually, I'm glad that Haleth helped you out, because I'm sick as a dog right now and I can barely write anything down. I took a day off from work today, and I've been asleep, but I feel like I've got some sort of fever still raging through my body, even after all that rest.

I saw that you're sick - I hope you get over that. My Dwarf is down with a sore throat and fever (I'm praying I don't get it - I don't need any more stress right now!).

Get more rest - and slash! - slash is the medicine that cures all ills, but slash that you read, not slash you work on. Take a half dozen drabbles and one multi-pairing epic and call me in the morning.
(we're trying to cure imrk2003's infected finger with Brad Pitt picspams and Achilles fics ;-)

If you can't read, you'll have to think the slash. Try to imagine Legolas bathing naked in a stream with Eomer, and then Eomer gets a cold and Legolas nurses him back to health. It could involve, oh, I don't know, warm blankets and fluffy pillows and hot tea with honey and massages with almond oil and tongue baths and some more massaging... is it warm in here?

I LOVE Losti's new title, KinkQueen! She should save that. ;)
