For sparkly writing, code is HERE (http://www.ukauctionhelp.co.uk/sparkle.php), and to make the marquee and bigger font, I just used additional html tags (specifically, 'marquee' and 'big') inside the sparkly writing code...you know, along with the message. Happy sparkly-bannering!
