Had a lovely birthday on Wednesday -- thank you all for the wishes and lovely pictures! :)

Turning 32 was fairly low-key for me (usually I like to have a huge deal made), but it was still nice. The night before I got a massage and pedicure as part of "Libra-appreciation" night from my coven (there are 2 of us lucky libras), and then on the day-of my husband took me for a picnic during my lunch hour. I came home, made myself a yummy dinner of fish (husband had to teach class, so he wasn't home, but he hates fish and I LOVE it so it was good) and watched Velvet Goldmine and squeed and drank half of one of those huge bottles of sparkling wine. And then he came home and I got presents and took a hot bath with my Lush Sex Bomb, which was very nice.

I can tell 32 is going to be fabulous. :)

Work has really sucked a lot the last few weeks, and I'm hoping it settles down this coming week. Sorry I haven't been commenting much, or even reading much. I miss you all!

I remember my 32nd year Sal and yes, it was good. And where would one be witouth their lush bath bombs? I had s stressfull day and they sorted ye right out/ Have a wonderful year!

Trust me, your thirties are going to be awesome years because the older you get, the less inclined you are to take bullsh*t from people about who and what you are. I loved turning thirty and am totally looking forward to 40 (I'm getting my first - an only - tattoo!!!) Every ten years I have to celebrate the milestone in some wild fashion.

30 was amateur night at a 'gentlemen's club'. I have great respect for women who can pole dance in seven-plus inche heels.

Thank you! :) So far my 30s have been SO MUCH BETTER than my 20s ever were - I love feeling more secure and confident.

*laughs* I got my only tattoo for my 30th bday and I love it. I'm thinking about getting another one when I hit a certain goal - it was an amazing experience and every time I see it, it reminds me to to enjoy life and not put that off until later. Yours sounds pretty awesome too - I've always secretly wanted to be a stripper for a few nights. ;)
