The only catch is that I request that you please not share my alter-ego name with anyone there. I doubt my slashy name will come up in conversations in comments, though, so I don't think it should be a problem.

I'd love to do it, but it would have to be a summer month. With Alex's schedule, there's no way I could get enough free time to do it during the school year. Although, looking at my numbers for last year, I think I might have made it in January. Of course, I didn't have Carolyn then.

I totally understand - it's hard to find a whole month that's good for such a huge project.

But frankly, the amount you wrote last year, I'm surprised you don't look at it and consider it a piece of cake. ;)

Nov 2004, when I was working on Price of Pride, my husband saw some publicity for NaNoWriMo and asked me if I thought I could do it. I looked at it, shrugged, and said yes. LOL! It would be fun, though, to start something at the beginning of the month, and really push hard to finish it, or at least reach that goal of 50,000 words in one month. Just to say that I'd done it if nothing else.

Such confidence! I have no idea if I'll be able to finish, even being unemloyed. Well, if you want to do it with us, we'd love to have you. If you want to do it later, I'm willing to let you be a late addition. ;)
