Day 7 - Today I am thankful for the abundance and diversity of food available to me. (I was at Whole Foods last night and they have SKYR!) I live in a place where produce is cheap and local, and organic alternatives are available everywhere. Eating well is almost as easy as eating junk, and this realization is making me resolve to start putting better things in my body.
