sharing questions

I have some files I'd like to share - both music and video. I'm a bit inept at this sort of thing. I've used megaupload and yousend it, both. They take forever and ever and ever just to upload, nevermind making a post about it.

Is there some shortcut I don't know about? Is one program better than the other or some third one I ought to try?

Or just suck it up, quit whining, and do it while I'm reading a fic or something?

Soon a fanmix and some naughty movies will be coming your way...

I've always used sendspace and yeah, it does kinda suck. I've recently started using mediafire, because I can get an account (for free) and it stores my files on there together, so I can go back and look at everything I've uploaded. It also is pretty good about uploading multiple files at once.
