an homage to freckles

Some people tan. Some people *start off* with gorgeously dark skin.
Some of us burn and peel and have our gloriously pasty Northern European/Computer Geek skin go all splotchy. After years of loathing my own, here is my homage to the irregular colorations, the dabs of random pigment, THE FRECKLES:

And no, I did *not* forget Jensen. I just couldn't focus enough to select less than two dozen pictures of his gorgeous freckles. For now, we'll let these guys have their moment.

Date: 2008-09-23 09:29 pm (UTC)I'm a little paranoid, myself, with my geek-pale skin (which is why I freaked out about the makeup girls making Jensen get a tan). I'm glad you're taking care of yourself and doing well. :)

Obviously, you got a lot of my favourites here.
*ogles wildly*
Went to see Long Way Down in high def last night and man, it was WEIRD seeing Ewan without the mole, up on the big screen like that. I got used to it pretty fast, though.
Actually, what was weird was seeing Ewan on screen as Ewan. He was hilarious. He's so goofy and adorable. A little cliched at times. Just like a real person;)

*snort* So very true. Some of us think we're a little bit funnier than we actually are. ;)

Date: 2008-10-18 12:39 am (UTC)I haven't seen the whole thing. I have the book. It's okay. I watched a lot of the trip online as it happened, so I didn't get the DVD. But the movie did entice me. I'd like to see more. I will probably buy it at some point.
It wasn't so much the thinking we're funnier than we are than thinking we're deeper than we are. And we ALL think that ;)
