If all you want to do is label them with information, rather than graphics, Word has templates for all standard Avery labels, and several other companies as well, but I've only every used Avery.
Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and Labels/click on the lower right corner - 'label'. Make the 'label product' Avery. Scroll to find '5824 - CD Label'. Click to select, than select New Document. This will open a doc with the template active and the cursor placed correctly for the label. Feed the appropriate label into your printer and you're good to go.
